My 49ers may have lost but i was proud to witness a comeback

For $1.5 billion you would think someone would have developed a better traffic pattern for food and bathroom traffic patterns. Total traffic jam before game, at each quarter and half time was a disaster. While in the seats everything is great!

while the free parking was super far away it was free!! the food was good but not great but it was free!!! we walked the whole stadium and checked every angle for free!!! all selfies were free I loved the fan,the players the staff we had a great time go niners!!!

The game was outstanding - the concession stands ran quickly, efficiently and though pricey, the staff was friendly. Entry into the stadium was smooth and the exit as well. An awesome event and experience all the way around!

Great game, great fans and great stadium! Even if you're not a 49er fan, you'll enjoy the energying and exciting game.

It was a great game. Good seats, great weather and a great atmosphere.

Here we are at a game where crosstown rivals are already causing fights in the stands. And what do we see!! The Niner mascot violently chopping up a Raider "player". That was sooo not what you want to "teach" the fans. Uncalled for behavior.

The game was great tailgating was great too. Everyone was talking mess back and forth but it was respectable. I took my son to the game with no problems

The event was fun. I assume you're a fan of either Niners or Raiders if you're reading this. The only issues with the event are logistics. Parking stinks. I highly recommend getting to the event fours hours prior to kick off when the gates open. The city keeps building on the areas that are used for parking. Also, as for August 22, 2009, parking is $30, not $25 as it says on Monster Stadium's website.

I never had been to a pro football game so we did this one as a lark. We will be going back to hockey games. The crowds there are better behaved and we can see the game. Even with ushers within 5 seats of us we could not see the game about a third of the time because of people standing and seat jumpers kept moving about and blocked the view. The park was clean and security was good(as fights broke out between drunks). I knew fights were a possible knowing the teams playing. We will do one more 49ers game as my son had to work & was unable to attend. Other than that game I never see myself buying pro football tickets again. As for my bottom line to recommend to a friend, I think it is something everyone should do once and then stay home if they really want to watch the game. If you want to smack talk the other teams fan and pick up someone for an after game party there has got to be a cheaper way to do it.

This game was Awesome.....Well mainly because my Team won, lol. The San Francisco 49ers Look like they are gonna be a good team this year....Could use a little work on Penalties Tho. Still Had a really fun Time!!! Go Niners!!!

It was a great game both on the field and in the stands. I was right below the section were approximately 5 fights took place. Plus I was on the side where the Niner fan jumped the fence and ran onto the field. I think SFPD needs to work on their crowd control training.lol I went to the Niner/Raider game last year and OPD had it locked down.

Had a little trouble parking, and there are no cup holders at Candlestick! But a really fun game anyway. My seats were very good. What could be better than the Bay Area Showdown between the Raiders and the 49ers? Fun times!

Great game could of went into OT if the Raiders hadnt tried to go for 2 points....bad choice! Niners held Raiders to very low running yards, go Niners!!!!

Game was awesome fans and staff at candlestick were friendly, although food and souvenier prices were a little high we would definitely go again!!!!!!!!!!!

It was great! And the Niners beat the Raiders!!! The seats were great, we were at the corner of the end zone that most of the touchdowns were scored. Not too many fights which is suprising for the battle of the bay. I love candlestick park and I'm gonna miss it!!

The game between the 49ers and Raiders was absulutley fantastic! It was like watching a regular season game. The battle of the bay game had its special moments. What I'm really impressed with was allowing Nate Davis to make his professional debut as a 49er. When the 49ers drafted Nate Davis, I read an article about him regarding his learning disabilities. I have had the same problems for over 20 years including comprehension problems. Like Nate Davis, I finally was hired by a company that had faith in me like you have faith in Nate Davis. They gave me the opportunity to work for them. I love my job and people that I work with. They all understand me. I have gone to the 49er games with my boss, who is like a big brother to me. I also go to the 49er training camps every year. I'm sure Nate Davis feels the team and the coaches are like big brothers and family. I am 40 years old and have been a 49er (faithful) fan for 30 years.

Great game, wow so many fans love the energy, first time going to a Bay Area rival game, very unique game ... Love every minute would love to go again

the veiw from the seats were awesome. you could see the plays develop. very memorable game and would go next year.

A great way to see the team and the stadium with the family, even those who don't like sports or kids who may not fully benefit from a game ticket. If it was a game day our free food would have cost over $100.

Great stadium, even nosebleed seats had good view. There is no bars, taverns grills close to the stadium. UBER pickup 2 Miles's away with was well organized.

Our family of 6 went to our first NFL to see the Seahawks. We were fortunate enough to get 4 tickets from an annual holder with some awesome extras like 501 club access and pre-game field passes. It was so easy to buy 2 more seats through the app in the row right behind the other 4 so we could all sit together. My teen son and I will never forget it!

The stadium is great and there was minimal wait to enter the stadium. Everything at the stadium was easily accessible and we'll maintained.

Friendly fans, fun sponsored interactive events before game and state of the art stadium technology. I have been to plenty of NFL games at various stadiums, but this experience was unforgettable! I would love to come back soon. Easy to get to and from stadium and hotels very close by.

Aside from games at AT&T (aka Cowboys) Stadium, this was the BEST NFL experience we've ever had! The crowd was super fun & respectful. As visitors, we never felt threatened in any way, and that hasn't always been the case in other stadiums (Seahawks, ahem). The tailgate was absolutely incredible; a super fun day. Parking was convenient and an easy walk to the stadium. Levi's has the BEST cell signal of any event venue we've ever been in, period, along with several charging stations for phones/devices. Nice perk! Also, you can have your food/drinks delivered to your seat for a small up charge. Nothing like encouraging a little more laziness! Thanks, Santa Clara, for your hospitality!

Venue is managed poorly. Took 35 minutes to get past security check point. Half of the security scanners were not manned. Security personnel could care less how fast they can get you processed. Missed kickoff because of lousy customer service getting into stadium! The section we sat in was blazing hot in the sunlight, poor design concept but what do you expect from Jed York! Poor selection of food, there are better venues in NFL with greater selection of food. Pricing is a joke, don't spend your money for overpriced food and drink!

Excellent first game for my grandson and granddaughter. They had a blast!!!

Goal was to go to a game during the inaugural season at Levi's Stadium and that was about it. Due to the stadium being brand new (had been to the Stick) and seats being way too expensive (college budget), we all went in with no expectations. This experience, however, far exceeded any expectations we could have had prior to coming to the game. Due to the increase in prices for seats at the stadium, I purchased 4 SRO (Standing Room Only) tickets for the game about four months earlier. Didn't really know how things worked with this arrangement, but the tickets were very affordable, so I knew I wouldn't pass on the opportunity to purchase them. The night before the game, we drove from LA. We got to Levi's an hour or so before the game started. Parking was pretty easy for us, but that was not the case for most people arriving at the same time as us. We were able to park right in front of Levi's, so the walk very short. Many people were drinking and eating right in the lot making it very easy to tailgate and enjoy yourself before the game. When we headed into the game, entry was extremely quick and easy, no hassle at all (just don't take a large purse and have your tickets ready). Right upon entry, there is a lot of fun things to help build a true fan experience, we just grabbed a bunch of free posters and decided to see what was up with the tickets we had purchased! From here you have to walk into the stadium. The short walk into Levi's will leave you in awe of the amazing look and build of the stadium, it truly is one of a kind, extremely beautiful. Now for the best part, THE SEATS! Yes, we had to stand the entire time, but our view was beyond words!!!!! We stood in the 100 section, right at the end zone. I paid less money per ticket than people in the 300s and my view of the game was far superior and all I had to do was stand for a few hours (PIECE OF CAKE)!!! The atmosphere in the stadium was out of this world. The 49ers have the best playlist (as long as you love hip hop lol), the fans are fun, and its so easy to keep track of the game thanks to all of the video boards! The area we stood in had counter space for food and drinks and outlets to charge phones (definitely took advantage of that). Didn't eat anything while we were there, so that will have to wait for next time. After the game ended, we went into the store! The team store is HUGE! You will find anything and everything 49ers that you have ever wanted, we loved it! Overall, this experience was AMAZING! Definitely have nothing negative at all to say, so if I could give it more stars than 5, I totally would!!!!!!! Will be back for another game, but all this could just be the case because I LOVE the 49ers that much! GO NINERS! Fun fact: Levi's is literally right next door to Great America lol. You can see the roller coasters and everything. Also, the Stick had its own appeal in history and experience and Levi's has its own. I know I won't be picking one over the other.

Levi's Stadium does not fail to disappoint, however it is so overpriced that one has to save up for one game event....sell your left kidney, scrape the gold fillings from your teeth so you can sit from high above and see the ant-sized players scrimmage on the field. Cocktails @ $12 a pop is INSANE and if you get drunk enough, you wake to find you've spent your grandchildren's inheritance all in one night. We found ourselves spending more time watching the jumbo-tron which makes me wonder why we just didn't stay home and watch it on the big screen at a local bar. If it weren't for the tailgating, good friends and the energy of being at a live game, I'd pass it up but the experience is pretty cool as you walk through the gates and are gifted a collectable item- for this Thanksgiving game we got a special San Francisco 49ers scarf, nice touch, but we definitely paid for it. Our seats were in the end zone, lower level but it was still hard to see the game, not exactly work the $220+ we paid for the seats- should be significantly cheaper.

I am not a 49ers fan, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity to go to the first regular season game ever at Levi's Stadium. I have been to 2 other 49ers' games at Candlestick and this stadium is definitely a major improvement. Pros: Stadium is beautiful, the technology built in to enhance the experience like food ordering or viewing the best lines to go to for concessions or bathrooms, the sound, audio, and video is clear, there are plenty of tvs throughout so you don't miss a moment of the game, and the view from every seat is amazing. Cons: Of course the cost to build the stadium is reflected in the ticket prices and the food and beverages. I even wanted to try out the express pickup and the seat delivery, but my phone battery died. I heard Levi's Stadium had charging stations like at the airport, but it ended up being just outlets where you have to bring your own charging cord. Location also sucks for people who are coming from San Francisco on public transportation as you have to take Caltrain and VTA. And finally there were no signs or anyone directing us to the right direction to get back on the VTA that we ended up going the wrong direction before having to back track a long way through a huge crowd just to get to the entrance.

Levi's Stadium is the new home of the San Francisco 49ers. Don't judge the stadium from the outside. When you enter this venue, you can tell that they took their time accommodating their customers. But the WiFi wasn't that great during the game. Still bugs in their system. Overall, I would recommend checking out this stadium.

The game was awesome. It was amazing to visit the new Levi stadium. This was my first time purchasing standing room only tickets. We were able to watch the game from the top of the stadium as well as from the lower deck which offered great views.

I would defiantly go again!! I went with family and a 5 year old child and we all had a great time! I recommend downloading the Levi's stadium app for in seat delivery. Awesome new stadium. Got their 3 hours ahead of game, was able to tailgate in the parking lot.

They need to communicate the stops coming in and the where the lines begin going out better.

With the exception of the loss, I thoroughly enjoyed myself! Its great to have Levi's Stadium & the 49ers so close. I cannot wait to attend more games, and other events there.

The parking experience needs work, but it can only be fixed with trial and error. The stadium is breathtaking! It felt like there wasn't a bad seat in the house!

This was an excellent opportunity to watch the 49ers play their last season at the Candlestick Park. The seats were great to see a full view of the entire game, and the crowd was enthusiastic and thrilling!

Besides the one guy that set behind me who obviously got drunk tailgating before the game. it was a great time and that's not just because I'm a Forty Niner fan...lol

Of course as a die-hard 49ers, you just happy to be at Candlestick Park and be part of last season play there. Hope they will be in the playoff race and I can come back there.

Had one of the best times in my life the 49ers fans r the best. The game was so great Seeing ur best player in real life and see them become champions of the west. Make sure To wear a sweater it's chilly in the bay plus in the parking lot u can see great views of the bay And seeing the bay is a plus I love this city and team I wanna come back for the playoffs.

We had the best experience we could even imagine not knowing what we went into. Impressed by the friendly nature of fans and staff. One of the highlights of our 14 day US vacation even though we are not dedicated NFL fans

This was my first time at the 49ers Stadium and everything was excellent. The 49ers fans were polite to the NYGiants fans. The SF provides shuttles to the stadium, no long lines to enter into the stadium. People were polite and fun. Me and my husband had a great time. Definately, we will go back again. It's an old stadium, but very well made.

This was an unforgetable experience. A home game at Candlestick Park with a great victory over the Lions!

Other than the final result, it was an awesome experience to be there! If you ever find yourself fortunate to be in the seat I had, row 5 on the 20 yard line below the press box- you will LOVE it.

Easily the greatest live football event I've ever attended; from tailgate to end of game, the entire experience was incredible. An incredible performance by both the Saints and 49ers and amazing late-game drama that will be hard to replicate. One of the most enjoyable live entertainment experiences of my life.

This was mine and my friend's very first NFL game ever. As two 23 year old girls, we had a blast. Not only did the 49ers play exceptional but the weather was AMAZING. The fans were amazing. I could not ask for a better first experience. GO 49ers <3

Went there to see my Cardinals play their division rivals. Great experience. Niner fans were very helpful in tips for transportation, etc.. had many good conversations. The Niner fans were a class act in my book (except the two girls yelling at us on the way out, but I doubt they are real Niner fans anyway). Thanks San Fran for a great experience and for your hospitality. Will do this again.

It was my dream to go to Candlestick Park for years and it was incredible. Everybody behave really good even thought in my party we had 3 Seahawks fan.

Please, please, please build a new stadium, some where, any where. This was my first 49'er game and my first trip to The Stick since '84. Man, that place is a dump. It was a dump in '84! Getting in and out is a nightmare, and we were in a bus. The concourses, the washrooms, the lack of modern technology in the stadium...pretty bush league. All in all though, it was a great day. The seats were terrific (but stupidly expensive). The weather was perfect. And the game was exciting. Fans were a lot of fun. Although I must say all the exhortations about behavior, courtesy and my 49'er experience seem forced and a little phony. I understand why, but it strikes me as plaintive and childish Would I go back...maybe once a year, maybe for the right team, maybe when you get a new stadium

49'ers vs Seahawks, Good fun day, I thought the game was exciting and entertaining. Parking was a challenge as well as vehicle access in and out of the park. Beer and food was over priced. Tailgating is a must if you want keep your prices down.

Nice event, presentation is tremendous. It is a bit crowded on ramps and near food service.

The stadium is amazing!! The tailgating is a whole new level of awesome!! We had fantastic seats!! If you have never been to a game you have to go!!! So much fun!! If you kinda like football you will LOVE it after going to a game!! It's just amazing !!!

I hadn't been to a Niner game in almost 10 years, and this was a great one to see! The lines were crazy-long for concessions and the restrooms (and I'm a female), but otherwise a kick-ass time. Seats had very good visibility. (Note that they are under-cover, so you're protected from the elements but also in the shade if it's sunny outside.) Also, sound really carries here (like die-hard fans razzing Seahawks fans passing by).

49ers!!! WON!! It was an amazing time watching the game with my friends. We all get together every year to watch 49ers v. Raiders. Our tailgate party was really a blast. We were laughing and joking and having a great time. It was raining and cold but that didn't matter. Thank you Ticketmaster for making this all possible.

My husband and eight year old daughter went to the Niners and Bears game and had a blast, it was my daughters first ever NFL game , she is a big Bears fan and my husband is a big Niners fan, they had a great time, however she did get a little disappointed when there was no Bears stuff for her to purchase. She really had her heart set on a Bears mug for her room, but all in all they had a wonderful time. All the other Bears fans that saw my daughter called her little bear, even the cast of KNBR'S LAMONT AND TENNELLI saw her and called her a awsome little cub and thats what it was all about a father and his daughter. She sure wished there would have been some mugs for her to buy thought. Anyway she had a great time. thank you to the FORTY NINERS and of course the CHICAGO BEARS.

So it was our first NFL game we attended and we loved it! The atmosphere was great. And the fans we're fun and very interactive.

Great event for the fans - $5 ticket, free parking (blue lot) and unlimited snacks/water. I can't help but admire the new direction Shanahan and Lynch are taking the 49er organization. The open practice gave the fans view of the new players and different offensive/defensive schemes. Overall, fun time at a reasonable price.

Atmosphere was great ! Enjoyed being surrounded by fans who support the SF 49ers! Players were great and made us all enjoy the day with those dance moves! And don't forget the free food and beverages to watch the game !

It was a great except how far the parking it was far

So, I've been a 49ers fan since I was maybe 6 or 7 years old; these days I'm 41 and married with two daughters, and still as big a fan as ever. And while I've seen countless games on TV and attended a few here and there, I've never been to a practice. As fate would have it, I researched on Friday and found that the very next day was the Open Practice day. It sounded like something for the family, so the 4 of us drove over and it was wonderful! Other than congestion arrive at the Stadium.....it started at 10, we were there around 9:30 and it was bumper to bumper, so we paid the $20 to park at Great America (worth every penny), the prices were so low, the atmosphere was festive and happy and my kids very much enjoyed themselves. Plus! we were lucky enough to get an envelope for tickets onto the field! So the cherry on top of the Red & Gold sundae was meeting some players after practice and being on the field itself. Just a great day I highly recommend to any 49er family.

Watching my 49ers practice, a picture with the beautiful cheerleaders, Any seat is available for the taking! How can this Saturday get any better?!...FREE FOOD! August 5th was a near perfect day in Santa Clara. Only issue I had and will always have going to the Levis Stadium is the ridiculous baby seats. The seats at this stadium are the size that only my niece and nephew can enjoy considering the fact that they are under 10 years of age. I wish the players interacted with the fans a little bit more. Goodwin was the only player I saw that actually enjoyed the fans being there.

The event itself was well organized with the free concessions a huge bonus! The lines moved quickly and the amount of seating available was great! Parking and getting into the park was an issue (as always) even though the crowd was small it still took some time to get into the lot.

I would have rated this event 5 stars, but the way the lines to get in where handled sucked. With as many people who attended not having all the gates open was not a very good idea. The food could have been better quality especially being free, hot dogs were cold, buns were hard, nacho's tasted like cardboard and pizza was greasy. It was a great thought for the fans for sure. I hope these small fixes will be done next year as I hope they continue fan appreciation day! Looking forward to a good season!

Overall it was an amazing experience! Only thing that disappointed me was having hard access to the players after the practice for autographs. Overall very enjoyable!

I took my 7 year old grandson, and we both had a great time. I love this event. I appreciated the players taking the time to sign autographs for the kids. The free food/parking, and entry to museum was good, and allowed me to purchase souvenirs. All around good event!

Beat day ever amazing to see all players beautiful stadium

If you're a 9er fan this is the event for you. For just $5 you get your ticket, free parking, free hotdogs, brats and water. You can vusir the museum for free. They still sell food and beer at the other food stands. All tbis and you get to watch the 49ers.

Everything was amazing. Food was all free. Great seats were available. Staff was very nice but it was obvious they were all new employees. The event was kid friendly, no rowdy fans. People were drinking but no one was getting drunk which meant there was no fights or vulgar language.
